Antique to Chic

Antique to Chic, located on Center Street in the heart of the Village of Lewiston carries exactly what the name of the store says…old to new and everything in between!  The inventory is constantly changing by the eight vendors who stock the shelves with items that revolve around the season and what customers are looking for.  This time of the year customers can find holiday inspired gifts as the store is transformed into a Christmas treasure trove!  There have been many new items added into the shop in the recent months including repurposed furniture, artisan items, and Banyan brand organic balms, soaps and oils.

The co-op is excited about Small Business Saturday on November 30^th.  Customers are in a fun and festive mood which leads to a morale booster for the staff!  Everyone seems excited to be out shopping and visiting with store owners.  The show of support for local business is always positive on the day dedicated to our local small businesses.  Shoppers realize the importance of supporting stores that line the main streets in our communities.  While many take advantage of the promotions the businesses offer the Thanksgiving weekend lends itself to families getting together to shop and eat and enjoy the Village of Lewiston!

This is the seventh year that Antique to Chic will celebrate Small Business Saturday.  There has been a noticeable increase in sales every year.  The weekend marks the beginning of true holiday shopping season for them. Customers are not only looking for gifts this time of the year but also for decorations, lamps, and items to decorate their houses with for the holidays.
