Pat Herberger is President of Herberger Consulting Group and an Independent Associate for LegalShield/IDShield. She consults with executives and human resource professionals on identity theft, data breaches, related compliance issues and solutions, and has achieved the designation of Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. She is also a licensed Insurance Broker. Pat offers IDShield and Legal Plans to individuals, business owners, commercial truck drivers and employee groups; and provides free Identity Theft Awareness training for employees and Awareness Workshops for the public.
Pat has appeared on WKBW-TV and several television programs including Crossroads, and Conversations with former State Senator George Maziarz. She also filmed a special program on Identity Theft for the Government and Media News Network, which ran for seven weeks in the Western New York area. She has presented programs to CPAs, HR Professionals, Business Owners, the NYS Government, retired Law Enforcement and Teachers, and dozens of other business and community organizations. Prior to becoming President of Herberger Consulting Group, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for FedEx Trade Networks, and worked for 25 years in the Human Resource field. She presented many training, compliance and personal development workshops to employees and management.
Pat has BS and MBA degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is the past Secretary of the Board of Directors for InfraGard, a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, the Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce, the Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce, UB Alumni Association, and is a Past President of the Board of Directors for the Buffalo/Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives.
