WNY REDC - Letters of Interest

Dear Community Stakeholder,

To help prepare and guide prospective applications for the Regional Council Consolidated Funding Application (CFA), the WNY Regional Economic Development Council and ESD will again be accepting Letters of Interest (LOI). Now open for submissions, the Letter of Interest is optional and voluntary; it is not a required step in the application process and does not guarantee funding. As an LOI is received by the Regional Council, staff from the WNY ESD office will contact the applicants to discuss projects and provide technical assistance.

Through soliciting LOIs we seek to identify prospective projects early in the year that can be developed over the next few months and, as a result, be of a higher quality.

In addition, ESD will be holding Information Sessions - “ESD on the Road” - to hear from applicants on their prospective project ideas and issues in their community that may be developed into project applications. The WNYREDC encourages businesses, educational institutions, local governments, not-for-profit groups and other stakeholders to attend a session at any of the following dates and locations:
